The whole staff is incredibly knowledgeable and do a great job of answering any questions so you understand what's going on in your mouth. Particularly, this week, I had an escalating situation, and they went the extra mile to get me in with an oral surgeon same day. We've moved from Eureka now, but I won't stop going to Eureka Family Dental. Thank you all!"

"On first visit. They charge $70 for x-rays that my insurance doesn't cover. Other dentists include because they aren't doing bitewing x-rays. Literally had them done at another dentist on the same plan no charge. OK. Insurance. Then I'm told that I need over $500 out of pocket for deep gum cleaning. Umm. OK. It's a lot and I don't have bleeding gums, but I do it over a couple visits. Husband says they're ripping me off, but I do the whole thing and he pays for it. Now I come back six months later for routine cleaning and they tell me (AFTER my cleaning, no warning!) that I owe $70 because I had the deep gum cleaning before and now I always have to be charged for it, every visit, per my insurance. My insurance says they have no idea what Eureka Family Dental is talking about. Seems super scammy and way more expensive than my friends paid for similar services. Run away fast. Charges are stupid. Front desk is worse. Dentists are good, but so are other dentists."

"After too long I decided to get a new dentist in the area. The staff is very friendly and they have strict safety protocols during the pandemic. The waiting room is very nice with comfy leather sofas, a playroom for children, and a tv. The dental hygienists are very careful and cordial. Julie & Rocky are excellent. Nice people that do excellent work at a reasonable price."
