"Dr. Gilliam and Denise are always gentle, caring and thorough."
"Horrible experience, the worst dental experience ever! The dentist is far from gentle and not friendly. Actually, he seemed downright rude talking to staff about various personal things while ignoring the fact that I was sitting there and could hear what was being said. I had to have a crown put in place because of a cracked molar. The dentist ground down my upper molar to the point where I have only half a top molar in order to get the crown to fit properly. Since then, I have had multiple issues and pain along the gum line at the crown site. Since that time, multiple dentists and an oral surgeon have asked who did my crown and commented about how it was not done correctly. Recently, the crown came out while chewing food. I had to go to an oral surgeon who extracted the crown "stump", leaving me with a missing tooth and issues with my bite. I am still in the process of correcting the problems caused by this poorly performed crown procedure. Beware and only visit if you enjoy pain, aggravation and high costs."
