"MUST READ BEFORE YOU VISIT: After looking at the reviews of customer service, I almost didn’t come to this establishment however I saw that the dentist himself had good reviews. Unfortunately, after my first visit I’ll never be back again. 1) It is true, the staff are extremely rude over the phone & adamant about being early and timing probably due to maximizing profit. 2) The establishment is in poor condition inside with, run down chairs, outdated tools and miscellaneous furnishing really made me feel like I was in a nail salon rather than a dentist and extremely nervous of the overall hygiene. 3) They do not follow the normal procedures of teeth cleaning that I experienced in various higher quality areas for over 20 years (like they claimed/acted they were). 4) There is absolute no professionalism in the way I was treated from both the staff AND the Dentist. Example A) they questioned my insurance card and asked me “how long has this been active, has it even been used,” with another individual stating “well we at least have her social security number.” (For the record, my insurance is the highest possible, Bluecross/Blueshield and it states I work for Microsoft on the card, clearly I have valid insurance and can afford the visit.) Example B) The DENTIST HIMSELF after examining my teeth states, “you probably have the best teeth in ______ *(the town I’m in).” That, was it for me. Under NO circumstances does anyone have the right in a business to treat someone that way and to talk down about who & where they clearly know nothing about. For the staff & Dentist, I truly hope you read this and change your work and human ethic, and if you question my area value, feel free to Zillow my address. I plan on continuing to spread this news so others don’t get treated the way I was and for you to acknowledge the clear wrong doing and room for serious improvement. I warn everyone, GO SOMEWHERE BETTER. Last complaint, they cut my tissue while doing tar check/removal of my back teeth and I have a decent size portion of my skin sliced on my back molar. They didn’t tell me or apologize, I found out after I got home."

"Terrible customer service. I’ve never given anybody a one star review in my life. I walked in nine minutes late because of a car accident on the highway and the receptionist immediately told me that I was too late to have a proper visit because it was 15 minutes late. Even though I showed her my phone that said I was nine minutes late. They asked me to sit down and then they said they could do the x-rays but not a full exam or a cleaning. I suggested they get the x-rays from my dentist from last year to which they responded that they need x-rays every single year. I told them that as a physician I am very old-school and I don’t like getting x-rays every single year; I only get them when they are indicated or at least every five years. She responded “Well our dentist is not old school and he needs an x-ray every single year”. At this point I politely said to them I don’t think I’m going to be the patient for you. I am very disappointed because my wife and three children go to the dentist and raved about him being very relaxed and easy to work with but my experience with the front desk staff was very different. I will be recommending to my family and to anyone who is reading this that they do not use this dentist unless they improve their customer service and perhaps their policy on insisting on annual x-rays. Also to be fair, I never did meet the dentist. I’m sure he’s fantastic."
