"Stopped here to deliver 2 small pallets. No one to be found in the parts area, so I go to the front counter. I stood there no less than 5 minutes while the guys at the counter couldn't be bothered to ask what they could help with, just ignored me, when all they had to do was ask someone to unload me which takes less than a minute. Imagine being a paying customer and they won't even acknowledge you. Great way to run a business, as if you need more reason to avoid JD."
"Easy to work with and straight forward. Answered ALL of my questions and worked with me the whole way. So far I am very happy with the JD tractor and am already planning my next tractor purchase. Lance was well versed and got the right help when my questioning went beyond his knowledge base. I really liked working with him and everyone else I encountered there. They were friendly and showed me around the tractor and the maintenance schedule. I have always been partial to Kubota but Lance made the transition to greene painless."
