"Food and service is very hit and miss. Sometimes it’s fine and the food is great, other times such as today there was hair in my burger… Poor management and poor quality control. Sad to say this is typical for most McDonald’s locations these days."

"Generally have had decent experiences at this McDonald's and everyone is hard up for workers. However... tonight was crazy off. We mobile ordered and had to pull around to wait (cool used to that). She brings it out and is confused if it was our orders as she has 3 bags (2 were and 1 wasnt but no one else behind us.) As she is looking inside she drops it in a dirty puddle and she picks it up and says "Do you want me to rebag it?" My husband stares at her a moment in a low blood sugar stupor and I say "Ew." As it's dripping black water. And she says "I'll rebag it." As we wait we snack on the fries from the bag we did get... col to the touch fries. Oh well. Then someone else brings us the other food. We thank her and leave.... there is ranch exploded all over the bag and food. And of course NO napkins. Did she do it on purpose? Who knows. And equally annoying the apples in the kids meal have 2 apples now. O.o I have photos but I guess you can't post them anymore???"
"Fast food is not what it use to be. You place your order by robot. Probably cooked by robots. Like I walked into a vending machine. There is no personally. A very cold feeling. And ya leve with a bad feeling."
"These 5 stars are specifically for whoever made my mocha frappe at around 12:30pm today. Heckin' perfect. No overflow sticky mess all over my cup, and the flavor was delicious, not too strong, not to weak. Properly blended, as well, no chunks of ice. It may not seem like much, but I've been having a hell of a week, and this perfect frappe was a nice pick me up."
