After the anesthetic injection the procedure was completely painless. Dr Kong was personable and very efficient in completing my root canal. "I was very scared about getting a root canal on a front tooth. They were able to get me in the next day after I saw my regular dentist. Filling out the online forms was very easy. Michelle was extremely kind and caring and held my hand while getting the numbing shot.This felt above and beyond but genuinely helped me so much She offered a blanket if I was cold and truly made me feel comfortable. I appreciate that Dr. Kong took my dental anxiety seriously and checked often to make sure I was doing okay and numb during the procedure. I liked that he didn't do all the numbing at once. He did a small amount and let that set in before adding in more and I truly didn't feel the second injection at all. I was SHOCKED by how quick Dr. Kong and Michelle worked. I was literally in and out in 30 minutes. They were so efficient and still able to talk and make jokes while doing it. I appreciated how easy they made it seem. I'd say it was easier than any filling I've gotten and the procedure wasn't painful at all. I went to work 30 minutes after I got out of the office and honestly felt fine. The next day I'm in no pain at all! I didn't have insurance to help pay for this but honestly felt the price was well worth how easy and painless this went. I do appreciate they take you to a separate area for payment so you're not doing that in front of everyone"
