"Took my car in for a vibration, Gino said it was the motor mount. They replaced it and when I picked the car up it was vibrating twice as bad before, enough to shake my soda right out of the cup in the console. I talked to him about it and he said he didn’t know how the car drove before. I said well clearly it’s vibrating more than anyone would feel comfortable with. He agreed to look at it. I swung by a couple of days later and he had air box pulled out to look at one of the other motor mounts . He told me he was gonna take a look at the other mounts and see if they were bad. I came by a couple of days later and he said they looked fine and he put my original motor mount back on. So I got a car back with the original vibration and charged for it with a refund for the part. Flash forward, I decide to due the motor mounts myself. When I remove the air box, I notice the hose is torn. When I get to the transmission/motor mount A bolt has been completely stripped and the threading in the transmission is completely thrashed. So. Ow I have a bigger problem on my hands. Pretty disappointed. Guy realizes on trying to schmooze you and fat talk you rather than having integrity"
