McDonald's 1401 Phyllis Street, Bentonville, AR 72712

"Imagine waiting an hour for a Big Mac meal because you were promised 23-30mins on your DoorDash order and it took double that, then imagine when your food finally arrived it was ice cold and the cheapest thing on the menu was barely included. Well if that sounds great to you then order from this McDonald’s!! When my food arrived the french fries were barely poking out over the container they came in and everything was colder than an ice cube (mind you I live 5 mins from the store) McDonald’s has recently been in the news and under fire for being entirely too expensive and not worth the money, and boy let me tell you this store is doing absolutely nothing to refute that claim. I will attach a picture from the moment I got my sealed order to show I didn’t eat any of my fries on the way home because it was delivered to me. I was already thinking about never getting McDonald’s again and this sure cemented that idea to me!"

"If I could give it less stars I would. Although they have gotten a little faster but only when you order certain things. This morning I ordered two McChicken griddle bundles and was told to move forward and wait for fresh chicken I waited for close to fifteen minutes a staff member brought my food out and by that time I was in a hurry to get to work before I was late and I found out that they had shorted me the hash browns for the second day in a row. I'm done with location."

"we decided to go eat inside to sit and enjoy the food, this mcdonald’s doesn’t that the soda machines like other place which is fine. but when we asked if we could get refill the girl working in front said yes only for dine in customers we ate inside but she made out order to go instead of in dine just cause she didn’t wanna walk to out table. then went outside and smoked came back smelling so bad mean while the manager was ignoring us. asked for no ice and she took it back and just left the ice melt in it and was watered down. bad experience wouldn’t recommend."

"This McDonald's has really come a long way. We don't typically eat McDonald's. Maybe once or twice a year or on road trips. Locals know it as the Nascar McDonald's. Staff is super friendly and quick service. The food is delivered Hot and Fresh. I'm sad that the thoroughfare is limited from hwy102. It might take a couple of minutes longer having to take another route but, so worth it."
