"Absolutely loved this pizza place. It took down my order everything was accurate the staff was extremely friendly and very fast service. The handmade fresh dough is just mouth watering I had the supreme pizza and absolutely loved it even my kids who don't like anything but one topping really loved the supreme pizza. The spaghetti was also very good."
"The food was truly really good. The crust wasn't too thick. It was buttery, plenty of cheese, and toppings. The service, on the other hand, was horrible. They were rude, didn't take our plates, and didn't offer a box for left overs. The atmosphere is really neat. The two stars were because there was literally poop on the floor in the bathroom. It was not busy, and there was no reason the bathroom should have been that filthy and smelly."
"The family was in the mood for some pizza and we were lucky to find Hook & Ladder Pizza. The atmosphere, wait staff, and food combined made this outing a treat! It was just across the river from downtown Branson, and it was our favorite restaurant on this trip. Hook & Ladder is in an historic, 100 year old firehouse that caught our attention in the first place. They had fire equipment for kids to try on, which ours absolutely loved! We ordered the garlic breadsticks, and they were great! Mrs. Flip Out and I had a dinner salad and it was so fresh. She and I had a 1/2 taco and 1/2 meat pizza and the little flip outs shared a small meat pizza. It was all delicious. The taco pizza was a true taco pizza. Toppings were generous. A very fun pizza place definitely worth trying! We will definitely return on our next trip to Branson."
"This restaurant was open on Christmas Eve so we were prepared to eat without complaint because there weren’t many options but we were so happy we tried it. The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. The food was good. We ordered the All Meat pizza and 5 cheese pizza. Very good. The place is painted and decorated in firefighter theme. There is a bunch of firefighter uniforms that guests can try on and take photos in. The service was fast and the employees were kind and attentive."
"Delicious and in such a cute part of town! We came right when they opened and people were already waiting to get in! That’s usually a good sign! Only complaint is they were out of cheese sticks."
