"Stick to the buffet; you know what you're getting. I am from Houston and needed a hibachi and sushi hit and this was it. Sushi rice had too much vinegar; hibachi was not prepared with any of the flavors that make hibachi style food what it is; the fried rice tasted like a wet dog smells. Not sure how that happens. No exaggeration, though. First mental picture was a wet dog. I ate the meats and veggies, skipped the rice. I get that I'm in Missouri and I should have known better, but I've had good sushi and hibachi in places you wouldn't think, so I had to try."
