Casey's

"I went in to pick up a pizza and there were at least 6 employees just standing around talking. It took a while to get their attention and when I finally did they said they hadn’t even started on the pizza I ordered and it was supposed to be already done. They said it would be 8 minutes but I was waiting for half an hour. There was only 1 register open moving very slow while lots of employees did nothing. Worst Casey’s I’ve seen in a while"

"I stop at Casey's almost every day on my way to work for Casey's rewards for gas. And at least a few of them are always pleasant but sometimes it's everyday I don't get welcome to Casey's I get our registers are down or we are cash only because registers are down. I get having to count drawers but there are limited gas stations open in the morning and if I can't get my rewards points there then I just have to go elsewhere and I don't always have the time. I just don't get how there is always an issue with the registers or if they are just closing both of them at the same time to count hoping noone comes in. It's frustrating I have to allow extra time in case I have to go somewhere else. The other end of town is so much worse can't even stop there because the guy who runs the place has had constant complaints about harassing women and nothing has ever been done about it or they don't care. My wife won't even stop there because of it. She was followed to her car one day and I was supposed to be contacted about it and it never happened."

"Never any pizza ready at lunch time, inventory is half empty and only 1 cash register open with a line of people waiting. Yet, I see 3-5 employees every time I’m there. How is it possible to not stock inventory and open another register with that many people there?"

"Kind of annoyed. I went to visit a friend and needed gas so of course I stop at Casey’s! I tried three different gas pumps, not a single one would take or read my card. I even tried multiple cards. Which did give me a notification that it charged me a $1 on my credit card, but still wouldn’t accept it. So I went inside stood by the counter for atleast 3-5 minutes until the employees decided to look up from their phone and see I was there. I asked them if it was my card or their pumps that was off because honestly, I didn’t know! The guy had no answer and just looked confused. Then a lady who looked like a customer getting coffee said “our pumps just don’t take cards” I saw so many people getting gas? And why would there not be a sign saying your card readers are not working?"

"It's a great customer service. As an employee there I strive to give each customer a world's class day. However I hope customers understand that us cashier may not always be able to attend to them and I also hope that they can be patient with new employees who are training."
