"Where do I start? I did update this review. The next sentence is true. The longest sales process I’ve ever had in my entire life, a timeshare process is faster than that. They do need to get faster. Maybe prequel customers before they start looking to know where they are at. (We were approved before we started this process) Five hours for them to show me a price on the vehicle then it took two hours to for them to tell me yes or no if I’m approved. We ended up with a 75th anniversary F-150 two tone blue 2023. It was very nice. Steven, Ethan and the new guy Noah were very helpful in the process."

"11-25-2023: They knew I was from out of state, no warning about $2000 in taxes that wasn't being rolled into the loan, and had to be paid immediately to register. Truck was missing things they said they were going to replace, they have not even tried since I bought it in May. They gave me a broken FOB, and said the second one was going to be available that week. It's been 6 months and I still only have the broken one, I've asked since, no real answer, followed by the promise to call me back about it, even when in person. Missing the 2 runners along the bed, they've replaced one since, and the other is held on by their zip tie. No spare tire or tire changing kit. Windshield wiper fluid sprayer never worked, haven't fixed it. Tail light was out on purchase. Zero communication between departments. No notations on what's already been brought to their attention. What they say and what they do, are in no way related to each other. They are not to be trusted at any level, in my experiences. UPDATE 12-1-2023: The dealership is in contact with me, and attempts are being made to fix issues. It was stated that they probably wouldn't replace the tire because it would be too expensive at about $1000. UPDATE 2-13-2024: No contact since last update, no work was done. Still have a broken runner, windshield sprayer still doesn't work, I still only have one busted key fob, and I have no spare tire, after 8 months."
