"This was our first time and while the food was really tasty the service was lacking. Our salsa container sort exploded while we tried to squeeze salsa into the individual bowls. It took all of our napkins to clean it up and we told our server we needed more napkins. We got ONE. Not one for each of us, just ONE. Asked again, again received only ONE. We gave up. I gave two stars because of the service but the food was good, well seasoned and hot. Honestly, the lack of good service was unacceptable."

"Our both was very dirty on the seats. A lot of sticky/dry food on the cloth/leather backs. Food was subpar, very dry and under seasoned across the board. The birria was burnt. The wait staff are always very nice and kind! Recommend going during peak hours so food is fresher. It's better to go to taco bell otherwise. **UPDATE they overcharged me for the food I did not eat because it was burnt, I was told it would be taken off and was not. Calling tomorrow to hopefully get it fixed. Will update if they honor the refund I was told I'd be given."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. The meat in 6 of our dishes was completely dried out. The service was awful. Our waitress did not check on us after bringing the food. My husband went to express how bad the food was and because he expressed how bad it was he was kicked out of the resturant. It is very young and juvenile girls working there. They do not understand how to help and make a situation better by communicating they just ask you to leave. If I were you I would stay far away from that resturant. The food taste like it was cooked days ago and reheated."

"Took my family here for supper and my Dad’s chicken was cooked way too tough and dried out. He ate a couple bites but couldn’t eat anymore. It didn’t taste good. He ate off our plates. When he mentioned that he didn’t like the food and that he wanted it off the bill the server went to the manager and they only took half the meal off the ticket. I had to pay $7.50 for 3 bites of overcooked chicken. I have never heard of something like this! It’s insane. It makes me sad because I’ve had good experiences with this restaurant in the past and their prices are reasonable. But I just can’t understand paying half price for a meal that my Dad didn’t eat."

"Make it 3 1/2 stars because on this day, the food was good enough, but not so much that I'd recommend it above others I've rated 4 stars. That said, we left full, satisfied and pleased with the friendly and very good service. At just under $26 for the two of us, the meal was a good value for a sit down restaurant. They have an extensive menu for variety and the food arrived quickly. She had the Chicken Taco Salad Bowl and I had the Burrito Loco mixed - beef and chicken. Her's had an abundance of pulled chicken that was nice and moist. There was very little lettuce though and it was a little bland for my taste. The burrito was spicy enough but a little dry. Two sweet teas complement the meal."
