"Just too busy for their customer. I called because about two to three months ago they were out of the size of the part that I needed. He yells over at the other guy asking about the park if they were still out. Yeah the guy goes I don't know. Then that first guy said no we're still out. Meanwhile I never told that kid that had been to 23 months since I I had stopped in to checkabout the part initially. Good they still be out possibly. I never told him what size I needed Casey's at $3.40 a gallon for gas why should I have to burn my gas go there because he doesn't care about his customer"
"I needed a trailer light adaptor. It didn't fit as tight as needed, so the manager got some zip ties to make it work. He absolutely went above-and-beyond what was expected. Also, a trailer hitch and ball component was 33% cheaper than the auto parts store. Great place."
