"I went in because my normal dentist was closed and it was a Friday I was in alot of pain and was going in to see if they could do anything for me. When I went in the dentist didn't even look at my mouth they took one xray she said she would write me a script for pain meds and reefer me to MY dentist on Monday, the worst part is they billed my insurance for a full exam and then me for the part my insurance didn't pay. It doesn't bother me to pay for services that are rendered but the dentist did not even give me an exam they just did an xray which my insurance covers and the billed them for. When I called them and said I did not feel I should have to pay for a full exam when the dentist didn't even look in my mouth they had no response just continued to bill me for the service and then late fees on top of that."
