I say that because he is very kind, courteous, and professional. He worked with me so that I could bring the car in when it was convenient for "me", even at a time when he didn't usually work. Not many places will do that for their customers. And the name "Efficient Integrations" is very fitting because Mike is very efficient. The job he did for me was finished at least a couple hours before the time it was promised, and we're very happy with a job well done.
