"Hi, so i’ve personally never been here but my friend just went there less than a week ago. She had her back brakes done. We just found out that they #1 they didn’t tighten her lug-nuts. #2 she’s missing a lug nut. A friend of ours was capable of tightening one with his hand effortlessly. When she tried calling it went to voicemail the first time. The next few times she called they ignored her. This definitely could’ve harmed her if we didn’t catch it in time. Im just saying unless you want your car messed up or possibly wrecked, don’t go here. :) Update: she got ahold of them and they were very understanding and are getting the tire fixed for her they even offered to go to her to fix it. Mistakes happened but they’re fixing it and that’s all that matters!!"
