"The whole place smells of cooking when you walk in. We were shown to a room with large dead spiders or bugs in the sink. We walked out with our bags and complained to the front desk. The attendant expressed no sign of horror nor made any attempt to apologize or make it better or to show us a better room. They made a refund with no problem."

"This place was offered as a condolence for another hotel across the freeway not being able to get their room key system working. It was really not up to par. The gentleman at the desk had to unlock the room because their room key system was also not working, the bed situation was not adequate for our family size, there was no elevator and there was pet hair and dirt on the stairs. It doesn't appear that management cares about hotel appearances or corporate doesn't care to pay their employees more to keep it presentable. We opted not to stay there. I was halfway hoping it wouldn't be bad as other Super 8 motels I have been to, but it was actually worse. It was disappointing."

The room was immaculate and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. The on-site dining options were outstanding, and the food was delicious. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the concierge was incredibly helpful in providing recommendations. I can't praise this hotel enough for its top-notch service and comfort. I'll definitely be returning, and I wholeheartedly give it a five-star rating!"

"Dirty. Urine spots on the toilet. Shower didn't drain. Sink disgusting. Looked at the sheets and noticed dirt spots and blood sot where someone appeared to have slept. Requested new sheets. Those were stained as well. Whole place smelled of smoke and weed. Cat inside when I went to leave at 5:30am."
