"I would give ZERO STARS if I could. I called to ask about a purchase date for a pair of defective shoes so I could send them in to sketchers and the MANAGER hung up on me. She said I was yelling at her which I most definitely wasn't, recorded calls confirmed that when I called cooperate. I told her she had alot of background noise on her end and she hung up on me. When I tried calling back she wouldn't answer the phone and then when she did i asked for the manager and she said " I am the manager" and put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I will be taking all of my business elsewhere. Which sucks for them because I spend alot of money in there"
