"For the last few yrs 4 or 5 i have bought. Atleast 4 new trucks from them. And then it all went south, when I realize that they were charging me for gap and warranty, and when I would trade in the vehicle, they were not adding it back to my new loan or even paying me so for the last five months I have been trying to get my money back a little over $8000 in the finance manager said they had sent me a check a year ago to the so-called address that I don’t live at anymore just show me a copy of the check we can’t do it with five months now and the truck that I bought in November have been up there since first week and said I didn’t buy all of the extras on the first three pages of the contract. I denied the gap and denied the extended warranty , but yet they did the electronic signature to sign the paperwork. If they would do it to me how many other people do they do and then when you catch them at it I’m still in the same boat I was so now I’ve turned it over to people that can get something done because I’m tired of messing with them , please always check and make sure they give you your money back for your warranty and your gap insurance because if not, it goes straight to their pocket"

"I bought a brand new truck in December from wood ford in Carthage Mo in December (3months ago). I bought the extended warranty package with the truck. The truck has had a shake since I drove it off the lot. Starts at 65mph and getting much worse around 80mph. The truck is now at 5k miles and the problem is just as bad so I dropped it off to have it looked at. After having my truck for almost a full day this is what I was told. “We could not duplicate the issue due to not being able to drive the truck over 55mph because of the speed limit”. The speed limit is 65mph 1 mile up the highway and 75mph 5miles north. I told two different service writers to take the truck on the highway where it is 75mph and they said “we can’t do that”. I told them I would drive them so they could see the issue, same response. After a bunch of back and forth they basically told me I was on my own to solve the issue. I should have never drove the truck off the lot. Lesson learned. Most disappointing experience I’ve had with a brand new truck and service department."

"Took my daughters jeep there with I know electrical problems. Told them what my budget was to get it fixed and they communicated very well if any other issues came up and would let me know they needed extra hours to help diagnose the problem correctly. But they would always call first and ask if it was ok so we could stay in budget. Very professional and did exactly what they said they were going to do. Highly recommend the service department."

"Wood Motor Ford? Where do I start….. well they sold me a truck with bad turbos, oil leaks and blown head gasket. I paid $47,000 for it just to only get 24,000 miles out of it before I had to part ways with it. And now I’m dealing with the cancellation of the extended warranty and GAP refund which Wood Motor Ford hasn’t helped with. The finance manager is hard to get ahold of and never ever answers his phone. This place shouldn’t be allowed to sell vehicles to honest hard working Americans like myself. Never again in my life time will I ever buy another vehicle from this trash place."

"The monthly payments given will be significantly higher then was stated and was only informed After paperwork was signed. The rest was admittedly our fault with the price of the car being above most other prices. With that being said the customer service, as to be expected, was great and friendly! Some information given was also greatly appreciated. On the other hand they never said the price, to be fair we never asked, and paid about 12k extra. Hopefully the lifetime Wood warranty makes up for it!"
