"Waiting out back behind the business in the parking lot for my friend to get off work at the Leawood Kansas location when I overheard an employee say that a "friend" paid him $15 to say the 'n' word. The other employee said that he's on camera heard saying the 'n' word but no footage of his face while saying it. Conversations like these about how they so casually use the word make me never want to purchase anything ever from your company. I may just be one person but, not a penny more will go to you out of my pocket. I hope something will be done about the people you choose to hire. If the camera's out behind the building work then I'm sure it caught it all. Have a good day"
"I placed an order on Monday 10/2 for a small catering bundle for my boss to pick up for a meeting. I got the order number and that it was confirmed, but when he went to go pick it up on 10/5 -- it was not ready. In fact, he said multiple people came in after him looking for an online order and they weren't ready. We appreciate that they were able to accommodating us quickly, but my boss was late to his meeting and there should be a better process of making sure those online orders are being looked at."
"I stopped by Jimmy John's late in the evening, and I was the only customer there. The staff members were quick to greet me, take my order, and work fast to get my sandwich prepared. They definitely deserve praise for their efficient service and speedy preparation. The sandwich I ordered was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. It was also generously portioned, and I was satisfied with the size. Overall, I was impressed with Jimmy John's, especially the fast and friendly service. I will definitely return in the future for another tasty sandwich."
"Horrible customer service!!!!!! We ordered online and picked up. when we opened our unwich's "2" of them keep in mind. we found bugs all over the lettuce. began to look deeper and realized that there was a nesting of them! I called up to speak to the manager and he wouldn't give me his name, told him about my issue with both of our sandwiches and acted like he didn't care. I proceeded to tell him that i was going to bring the sandwiches up to show him. He then responded with " if that what you think you should do". Very unprofessional and never apologized. Instead it seemed like he had an attitude because i found the bugs and i was complaining.. Will NEVER EAT AT ANOTHER JJ AGAIN!!!!!!!!!"
