"0/10. Never ever get any service done here! Customer service 0/10. Wait time 2+ hours with appointment. Brought in for oil change came out with no oil, engine oil light came back before schedule service & miles. Truck had no oil & all they did was add a few quarts not the full 8.8 it requires so they put in less oil than it should take. They said it was normal but I believe they didn’t put oil in the truck. How can a 2020 burn so much oil in a short amount of time without it being an engine problem? They reported it & gave me 2 different oil change stickers with mileage and date different from one another. Took it back 2k miles later like they said! No oil. Once again they said it was normal to burn that much oil. I called cap. Worst mistake of my life getting a service package here. Buy cars from here but don’t ever get service for your vehicle serviced here!"

"Wood Motor Ford is a wonderful place for someone seeking a great vehicle purchase experience. We were greeted right away by our sales rep Paul. He went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect vehicle for us. I was also extremely impressed by the manager who came to the lobby to introduce himself and was available for anything we needed during our time at the dealership. The whole process was easy, fast, and worry free all the way through signing with the finance manager who was awesome as well. Also, a shout out to Eric for incredible customer service."

"What a great place to shop for a car. I was so pleased with the help that I received, the staff was very knowledgeable about my concerns about buying a new vehicle and talked me through the whole process. The general manager there went above and beyond to help me purchase my new car. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family for their future vehicle purchase."

"I drove 30-40 minutes to get to you guys because they said they could look at my car this week. I took this week off of work so I could get my car at least diagnosed. After waiting an hour and a half I was told they couldn’t diagnose my car without keeping it longer. I asked why the technician couldn’t continue looking at it since I had an appointment and was told he couldn’t. Then I asked for a loaner and was told no. I work 2 jobs. I can’t be without my car. The service advisor then told me “it could take 5-10 days”. And was very rude to me. Even at one point said “I don’t think you understand what I’m saying to you”. I’m an educated person. I fully understood what he was telling me. I was frustrated because I wasted a vacation day and gas driving to your dealership. I will always tell people to steer clear of you guys from now on. My brother has purchased a vehicle there before. On my way back north I called fletcher ford in Joplin and they agreed to pay for me a rental next week and keep my car until it’s diagnosed and fixed. (After I told them how I was treated there!). So here’s your 1 star! I’ll be leaving reviews on Facebook and google as well! I also called ford customer service on my way home yesterday and filed a complaint there as well."
