"I am not new to trucking or waiting. But a phone call after 6 hr check in at service? Really expect a driver to answer a call at 11 pm? Yes I know short hand , no one wants to work since pandemic. That just poor service which I had not experienced from this 3 stop franchise. Be my last stop. Higher fuel, no real restaurant sad shop service. No reason to spend money here is there."

"I would just like to say that if you're any kind of brown skinned, don't come here! I mean not unless you want to be treated like you're going to steal something of course! It's funny that one of the clerks came and followed me over by where I was getting my coffee and just stood there watching me. I asked him if he needed anything thing or I could help HIM with anything, he said no so I know what his intentions were. I probably make more than he does. I absolutely loathe people like him who have preconceptions about people of color. You don't deserve my business and I'll never return. I hope anyone else never has to experience what I've experienced. Stay away brown people!!!"
