"The owner told me to come up after 9am so I went up there for an inspection and I walked in and no one was at the desk so I walked around the desk to the auto shop and found the owner sweeping the floor and his son almost running over another guy in the shop while pulling in another vehicle, so I let him know I was there and he took his sweet time getting to me so I started to get into my truck to leave and the owner walked out to inspect my vehicle after he refused to pass the vehicle cause the windshield blades were worn down so he sold us a set of wipers and passed the inspection. If I could change one thing about this place it would be called hospitality. Please treat all people with respect and dignity and try not to take so much time getting to your customers. Thanks."
