Mother Tucker’s Pizza

"Disappointed! I paid $30 for my wife and I to have the lunch buffet today I called ahead and requested my favorite pizza to be made and put on the buffet only to find out after I got there and paid that they would not make my 3 topping pizza as I had requested for the buffet. It sure would have been nice if they made it because I would not have had to wait around after eating only a few slices for them to have fresh pizza out. It was slim Pickens for about 5 minutes I feel customer service was lacking a bit I will say this the pizza that was on the buffet was hot and delicious and I will be back I guess I'll just have to keep eating my jalapenos on the side and not cooked on my pizza"

"Wow, What a beautiful restaurant! Delicious pizza, tons of variety, several choices of desserts, and a big beautiful salad bar. Awesome buffet on Thursday night. Super friendly owners, and the atmosphere is amazing. We sat out on the patio with a beautiful view of the lake. Can't believe we've never been here before. Will definitely be back!"

"Met some friends here for the first time. Great outdoor seating, including a heater with the cool evening air. The whole family enjoyed the pizza and salad buffet. The surprise of the night for me was the tasty tomato soup with red pepper and guada! The kids loved the selection of pizzas, including dessert options, but were also pleased to get some simple chocolate pudding. The staff was great and presented a family atmosphere, making it a local business we enjoy supporting."

"The pizza and bread sticks were delicious. We got the Chicken Bacon Ranch and Supreme and our kids got Cheese pizza and garlic bread sticks. They checked on us multiple times making sure we had everything. We sat outside and our kids played Cornhole with a view of the golf course. We will be back to try the buffet!"

"Love the atmosphere of this place! Heard about this pizza for quite some time and finally had a chance to try it and enjoyed the flavor! Girl who took our order on the phone was not very nice, and seemed busy. Prior to picking up our order we stopped in the local Walmart as we had a 25 minute wait and I mentioned to one of the employees that we ordered a pizza from Mother Tuckers. The employee stated the pizza was ok, but nothing special. We ordered the Large pepperoni and sausage. It was around $15 which I thought was a little pricey. Since this is a thin crust pizza, I expected the bottom to be a little crispy, but unfortunately it was not. Not a deal breaker, but personally I like that texture on thin crust pizzas. Since I'm not from the Lamar area, I could not see myself going out of my way due to the price of the pizza. Overall, it is a good pizza, not something to make a special trip for. Thank you!"
