"Very rude and unprofessional. I had them come out to replace a broken drivers window. He neglected to clean out ANY glass from the door prior to replacing the glass. When he lowered the window he jammed the window regulator causing the window to get stuck. He tried to say it wasn’t his fault, he didn’t know what the problem was because “it was above his pay grade” What was a $300 bill has turned into a $700 bill. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"

They called before they came, arrived within the amount of time they anticipated, and completed the entire replacement process within 30 minutes, maybe a little less. Neal and his team did very professional work and were clear on post installation instructions. It was a great experience!"
