"Came in because I was told that I was pre qualified and could pick out a vehicle. Drove 30 mins out of my way to be nit picked to death because I've lived in the state just barely under 3 years. That should have been caught in the pre approval if it was a problem. I was first told 100$ to test drive and pre qualify, it has to be cash. Then once I get that together they tell me I'll need at least 1500$ down plus my trade in. Epic waste of time and frustration over not being in the state 2 more months. Went to Lee's summit Honda and got a beautiful car for less down and they never once asked how long I've lived here. Go see Dylan at lees summit Honda!"
"Long irritating process for absolutely no reason. But the customer service was excellent gotta step in an see Pam she's really patient and will let you test drive anything that catches your mind and is okay if you give your exact opinion of the car after the test drive so overall not to bad.
