"EDIT: We ended up needing to back out of the deal due to the car still having problems. When we let them know there were still problems they sent a driver to us fairly quickly to switch out for a loaner for the weekend so we wouldn’t be left with nothing until we could get everything canceled, which we did appreciate. They made it easy for us to cancel everything the next businesses day. We had a bad experience at first, but it could’ve just been a fluke and may not be their typical practice. I’ve been waiting to write this review until my transaction was done so I am able to give the whole story. This is our first dealership car purchase, and boy, did this dealership completely ruin the excitement of that. You hear horror stories about slimy salesman. My husband and I, being the reasonable people we are, stupidly thought surely that is just an ugly stereotype. People can’t actually be like that. Well David “coach” definitely proved this to be true. This dealership listed a car that was not ready to sell. When asked what is going on, we were told that it needed an oil change and a detail and should be ready in a week. I’ll admit we should have walked away at this point but, like I said, this is our first time and we allowed him to prey on that. We signed for the car. A week goes by and work needs done so we are offered a loaner. Weeks go by with no communication on their end. All communication/updates we got these past 4 weeks have been because we reached out. Part after part needs fixing. Finally, 33 days later, we get the car we purchased. The sales department could care less about our frustrations. We were offered nothing for our inconvenience. Bottom line, you see tons of dealerships all over the place. I’d choose literally any of these over dealing with Max Motors again. I will say, Josh and the entire service department were the only ones to hear and seem to care about our frustrations in a situation they were unwillingly put in the middle of. They are very much appreciated."

"We went to Max Motors to get a replacement vehicle; the one we had for a long time died. The Nissan we wanted to buy had just been sold. We wound up getting a 2021 Ford Escape with only 23000 miles. A big shout out to Mike Canaday our salesman. He was kind, patient and very personable. He took us through the buying process from beginning to end. We got a great price on the Escape (I've checked a lot of dealerships since then and no one could even come close.). I would also like to thank Mike Reta for getting us financed to buy the vehicle. He worked his tail off to get us the best deal. I had bought a new Ram Tradesmen there in 2021. It was also a positive experience. The service department is first rate and very efficient. I went from driving a old car to a newer 2021 car that practically drives itself. He was beyond nice. Super nice.
