Enterprise Rent-A-Car

"Marlon McKeithen is rude and unprofessional I can’t believe Enterprise would have some one like him representing them, all I called and asked why I was charged a 162.00 Toll fee and he got really defensive, and rude makes me believe he stole and sold my personal information, then he hangs up on me without resolving the issue, I had to call back, and then he proceeded to call me back. I just can’t believe this man. I hope Enterprise takes the correct actions to resolve this and fire him!!!"

"I really like Enterprise alot but one thing I have been dealing with for the last 2years is when I reserve rentals either they dont have the car I reserve or they dont have rentals at all.., thats a huge inconvenience for me. Oh the cars dont be ready to go when I get there I always have to wait for them to clean it out.. & the cars are ALWAYS UNDER a half a tank! Oh & when did credit card users have to pay a deposit!? Tsk Tsk ! It didnt use to be this way.. oh & I rent from the Grandview Mo location"

"My Mom needed to rent a car and they put my 72 year old mother in a low profile tires chevy empalla. This darn car was so technical mom had zero idea how to drive it. The weather was terrible pure ice on the roads she got stuck trying to leave the parking lot. So I said does the car have snow tires or all weather tires. The guy said no all our cars have regular tires. I said mom this car isn't safe for you in this weather so we returned it. I just felt this was a poor choice for a 72 year old woman who drives a 1999 Toyota Camry with zero bells and whistles. I think having no all weather tires on these cars is completely dangerous and in snow and ice it's required to have chains or all weather- snow tires if your in an accident insurance won't pay and you'll receive a ticket. I was shocked they put her in this car and didn't tell her about the tires etc. If I had no told her she might have been killed getting onto the highway. Maybe you should think about the age of a person before placing them in such a car. Just a thought."

"The people who work at Enterprise are always great!! I'm giving 4 stars because when they cleaned the inside of the windows they were badly streaked. We were in Colorado and the cold made it impossible to get them clean. The cars computer was not reading the tire pressure correctly. We checked them multiple times the car was not showing tge same as a tire gauge BUT I will always rent from them. They are so courteous."

"We rented a car for 5 days. I was very pleased with the rental. The care ride was great. The Customer Service that we received before and after was great. Marlon was are agent before and after. Very welcoming, went over the rental agreement, asked if we had any questions or concerns. Marlon called me to verify they had received the car back and would start the process for return of the deposit. Marlon thanked me using enterprise, advised they have cars for sale and if there was anything we needed in the future just give him call. Job well done Marlon! Sherry"
