"My family has gone to them 20ish years or more. Probably closer to 40. Never had a problem once. Always great service."

"Hands down a great shop to go to. I have used them for years and they have never led me in the wrong direction or overcharged me. Alex and Danny are honest guys that will make sure you’re helped."

"I took my 2012 ram 1500 in for engine work it took a little longer due to them having to send the heads out to be resurfaced and the machine shop was backed up. I got the truck back today and it runs like it did when it was new. Everyone in the shop was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this shop."

"Took my car there thinking it was the catalytic converters they hooked it up to Diagnostics while I was there it said vacuum leak. I left it there for a week came back paid $200 for them to tell me that I needed a new engine on a car that did not even have 170,000 miles on it. I paid it drove it straight to another mechanic, spark plugs, intake gasket, and two coil packs later she's up and running just fine total repairs $375 + 200$ moron fee from Jim and Allen. total $575. I really appreciate how you handled a single mother of fours lifeline to feed them. All single mothers have $200 to waste on your desire to do the job or not. It was under my brothers name, I have the receipt. I drove into the shop and out I'm pretty positive it's the right one. Edited: 8/11/23. I won't be writing another review. I was taken care of nicely and car runs great by the other Mechanic. Your shop was not helpful at all. I'd rather have paid to have it fixed. I do work two jobs to support my four kids and my car is the only way to do that. Than to have paid for nothing. And yes when we found out it wasn't the catalytic converters on your diagnostics, that's exactly what it said vacuum leak. * Not satisfied at all with this company's customer service *"

"At first, I thought they were being really helpful and trying to save me money, but now I’m not so happy. I heard some clunking around under my drivers side and had already had the first opinion. I came in knowing I had a ball joint that needed to be repaired, but was looking for somewhere a little cheaper and they had somewhat good reviews. So I took it in, fully expecting the cost and fix that day, but they told me the ball joint was fine and that my other auto shop was just lying to me to make money. They said they could replace a pin and that should take care of the sound and did so and sent me on my way. (This was in 2-3 months ago). I continued to have that clunking noise over bumps even when going very slow. The last couple of weeks, it was worse and I called to get back in and of course they couldn’t do it for 1-2 weeks, so I waited and drove it very sparingly. Well, this morning I had the ball joint come completely out while driving and had to tow it out of an intersection I was stuck in for several hours. Luckily, I wasn’t going more than 15 mph at that time. I called them and they said well, we didn’t see any issue with it a couple months ago, so this must have just recently been happening. No! I brought it in to you with it needing a repair."
