"My alternator went out. They quoted me $1300…my mechanic did it for $600! They apparently take lunch from 11-1:30pm. If you need help from the service dept during that time, unless the one person on the floor was the person originally helping you— he can’t do anything about helping you pay your invoice— you’ll just have to wait. Thanks, Mike! Joey the Service manager never returned my call. It took 45 min for someone to get a porter to help the tow truck guy get access to my vehicle. The most helpful, pleasant people were the ladies answering the phones. They seemed the most concerned with helping."

They have a great waiting lounge with a separate business office if you need to continue working. "This is a great dealership. Buying a new car was quick and professional - so tired of other dealerships where they insist on you making an offer, then saying they'll go talk to the business manager - write a check so he knows you're serious... on and on. NONE of that here, Joe was great to work with - professional yet 'down to earth'. From test drive to driving off in our new car was about 2 1/2 hours. We bought the Infinity QX60 - great array of digital features, a huge (but not obtrusive of vision blocking) display for map, music, etc."

"I decided to start taking my Nissan to this location. They are friendly and very informative. Our advisor was Spence and he was great. Took our car there for the big mileage maintenance, ended up finding a different issue which Spence was amazing with working with us and figuring out what was wrong, of course with the help of the techs. Our vehicle was taken care of and thankfully the service we needed was under warranty, which I was not aware of, but Spence made sure he figured that out and no extra money came from my pockets. I’m grateful for Spence and the team at this location."
