Sonic Drive-In

"Again Sonic has gotten our order wrong, even after my husband asked about what the screen said. He asked for a Super Sonic Cheeseburger with mustard. When he didn’t see it properly on the screen, he asked the worker. She assured him it was correct. He received a single burger with mustard, ketchup and mayonnaise, no lettuce or tomato. So now we will not be eating there again!!! For another couple of years"

"I used to work in fast food so I try to be as understanding as possible. I went to try the new sonic double stack and when going to order in person they argued about what was on the burger and then proceeded to make it wrong. We had also ordered a Cherry Cream Slush and they brought us a regular Cherry Shake."

The trash cans were overflowing and there was a noticeable lack of attention to detail in terms of keeping the space clean and presentable. In conclusion, my visit to Sonic Drive In was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good food and service. The staff were uninterested in providing a positive experience, the food was mediocre at best, and the restaurant was in need of a deep clean. If you're looking for fast food, there are many other options available that offer better quality and a more positive customer experience."

"The food was good, it tasted just like I expected it to. We had to repeat portions of our order quite a few times before it was understood. That could just be an issue with the intercom system, but it was a bit irritating. Some of the bays were missing intercom systems entirely."
