"This is a nice weeknight Japanese Steakhouse but if it's a special night I recommend a different one. It's not well organized and the food is just ok. The steaks are small and the shrimp is chewy compared to others I've experienced. Obviously not bad enough to go back but I definitely had better!"

"The hibachi at Fuji Sushi & Grill was great! Our chef was enthusiastic and entertaining even considering the restaurant was super busy and we watched him serve 3 other tables. My review for "service" isn't aimed at the servers. when they had TIME to see us, they were great. This restaurant either needs to hire more staff or stop taking take out orders. We called about an hour and a half in advance for a reservation, which was accepted over the phone. When we arrived, we waited about an hour and a half to be seated. I'm used to waiting a while to be seated at hibachi; please DON'T take our reservation if you can't honor it. We would have been happy to arrive an hour earlier to wait around for our table if we knew that was the way this restaurant operated. The great food and kind staff saved our experience in the end but it was really an awful first impression. If they just said no reservations accepted, our evening would have been far better. Thank you for having us! We loved the food and yall work SUPER hard to serve your guests."

"Personally, we just got carry-out because we wanted the delicious fried rice and yellow sauce. All the food was great. We had no problems with pickup, and the interior looked extremely nice. We tried several items on the menu, and they were all solid. I especially liked the seafood salad. The fried rice wasn't my favorite hibachi fried rice, but it was still great. The steak was EXCELLENT, and the vegetables were flavorful. The sushi was great. The postickers were okay. Overall, it was a great experience. Carry out was simple and easy as well."

"I love love love onion soup…. This place is totally not the place for it. Get something in place of that as it is an oily broth with no flavor. The hibachi was amazing. I got scallops and filet and it was seasoned and cooked perfectly. Fried rice was OK. Wish the fried rice had more veggies in it as all I saw was egg and onions only. Atmosphere I give 1 star as it was so hot inside I could hardly enjoy my food. Not sure if I’ll be back as there is another place I like a lot better. Glad I tried it though."

"Went for lunch today and the waitress was very polite and kind as well as attentive. Our drinks were never empty. The spicy crab salad wasn’t like typical sushi places but wasn’t terrible, seaweed tasted old. The spicy salmon roll was disgusting. At one bite and spit it out, tasted like old canned tuna. The crunchy roll was very offputting on the palette as well. The salmon nigiri was the only thing sushi wise I was pleased by. It was buttery and the perfect temperature and texture. The crab Rangoon was pretty comparable to other Asian food restaurants. I found that for the quality it was very pricey. I can get much better sushi much cheaper at Mr. Les. Likely will not return."
