"I have been taking my 2010 Mustang GT to Walmart Automotive in Fort Scott since it was bought new. These guys know me and my car real well by now and they take real good care of us. I’ve had nothing but exemplary service from them all this time, and if my car needs anything done that is offered at WM Auto, it will be taken there. I wouldn’t even consider taking it anywhere else, and I’m picky about who deals with my Mustang. The only reason I’m giving them 5 stars is because 10 wasn’t available."

"I've been complaining to my dealership about my gas mileage for months now saying I'm not getting the gas mileage like I used to. They blew me off and really didn't get much done with it. Got my oil changed here at the Fort Scott Walmart because I had no time to drive all the way to Joplin MO. My gas mileage is usually around 37 and went down to 31. After my oil change, I watched it on the way home to Girard. 40 miles per gallon!!! So very pleased with this. I don't know exactly what you did but very satisfied with them. Thank you!!"

"Usually able to get in without an appointment easily. Sometimes it takes a little long to get something fixed. My last visit took an hour to fix a flat and mount a new tire on my spare rim. Staff are friendly and helpful to everyone who arrives. Annette is an excellent manager of this department."
