"This store does not answer their phones which makes it impossible to make changes to orders when the customer service department also cannot do their jobs and make changes to pick up times or items that were ordered. I was hung up on 4 times during a transfer from customer call center to the store and told that I couldn’t get my money back for the cancellation of my order. Absolutely the worst Pizza Hut experience ever. Will never order online as their website is always messed up and doesn’t actually do what it is supposed to do."

"The food was so bad I had to throw it all away. Garlic cheesesticks barely tasted cheese or garlic.. and they tasted old bread. Boneless wings tasted weird and too much breading.. though the sauce was great. Chocolate donuts we not soft and barely had any filling. Also it didn't come with any sauce or icing. Lame. Only thing good was your delivery driver... she was nice."
