"Receptionists are rude here, have their nose in the air & interrupt you when you’re talking. Was referred here by my dentist to get my wisdom teeth removed and I remember when going to drop off insurance information the lady working had an attitude like she “didn’t have time for this”. Had to reschedule my removal and they had an attitude about it. Called this morning to get some info on what I could do to manage the pain, and before I was even finished talking the receptionist rudely cut me off and tried to get me to come in for last minute surgery and then had an attitude when I said it wouldn’t work for me, and she then continued to go on about how if I’m going under they can’t just get me in last minute. I never asked for them to get me in, I was just trying to see what I could do until my surgery for the pain. If this is how the receptionist treats patients how can I trust that my removal will be any different?"

"I feel Dr Nelson did a spectacular job. My 15 year old just had to have all 4 of her wisdom teeth extracted on Friday and we were in and out of there in 1 hour and 15 minutes. All of the staff seemed very friendly, the nurse even made sure I got her to the car and that we were all good to go. The Dr had called before the office had closed for the day to check and see how she was doing/feeling. She is healing great and there doesn't seem to be any known issues. I would definitely recommend this office to friends and family."
