"The management of this office has greatly declined since we first started seeing Dr. Chidsey. We had an appointment canceled in January due to weather - understandable, but no one called us to reschedule an appointment. We made an appointment for February and upon arriving at the office, no one was there, phones were not being answered and the answering service said our appointment had been canceled. Very disappointing as we took time away from school and work to attend the appointment. We drive out of our way to come here, but will unfortunately be seeking a new office closer to home. We do not have any concerns about the clinical care received by the dentists."

"Went to this dentist for 2 years and the environment was nice and equipment are all state of the art. Everyone was really nice but the downside is that every time we go, both the dental hygienist and dentist are different. I don’t know if they just have a high turnover rate or it’s a training center for dentists? We switched to a place that has a more consistent staff. We prefer to have consistency especially when it comes to a dental office for kids who tend to be nervous about a visit to the dentist."
