"Don’t go here if you have dental anxiety, autism, or are sensitive. There’s a definite lack of patience and compassion at this practice. Plus, they clean with just metal tools, no polish or fluoride treatment. They didn’t answer the phone and it took them over a week to respond to emails."

"My first appointment with Dr. Shortell’s office earlier this year was great, but unfortunately can’t say the same for the second appointment due to their lack of commination and respect for patient’s time. When I was scheduled for a Friday appointment, I was never told that Dr. Shortell does not work on Fridays and that I would only get a cleaning - not an exam. If there were questions, concerns, or if I needed an exam, I would have to make another appointment. Meaning more time off work, which is difficult for a lot of people. If you are looking for an office that will give you two exams a year and values your time and communication, I would suggest looking elsewhere."
