"Lawson Rener botched a veneer procedure for a front tooth. I received a refund and compensation to have his work corrected. It turns out that the procedure he performed is considered one of the most difficult in all of dentistry- the cosmetic treatment of a single front tooth. But he did not inform or provide information related to this level of difficulty, information related to risks, etc. He basically did not educate and communicate options in order to plan and determine the desired objective. As a result the ultimate goals were compromised and there was not informed consent. Mr. Rener did apologize for his actions."
