"The regional manager, Jacqueline, just took over these locations in July and is absolutely wonderful. My husband and I had an unfortunate experience one evening at this Lexington location, and she called me personally and was the SWEETEST. Our experience wasn't the end of the world, nor would it have kept us from coming back, but she still reached out and wanted to talk about what happened and try to fix the issue internally. It makes a huge difference when a manager/lead takes any issue, big or small, seriously and goes out of their way to make it right. That says a lot and makes a huge difference!"
