"Update: Since my first visit and Melissa the hygienist, I have had two other hygienist at each of my two other visits. My preference is to have the same hygienist year after year. Apparently that isn't going to be possible here, presumably because of the high turnover. Also an update: I had a crown replaced which then broke a month later. I expected a quick replacement but had to wait 2 months for an appointment just to retake the molds. 3 months with a broken crown is not acceptable. As far as dentistry, Dr. Dixon is clearly skilled. But, I think the business model leaves patients with my expectations wanting. I have my teeth cleaned religiously every 6 months. I am usually pretty hesitant when using a new hygienist, and I was hesitant with Melissa as well. However, she did the absolute best job that I've ever had done. I also truly appreciated the openness and the honesty of the entire staff. They understand that people have a choice and they seem to be doing their best to make sure that you get the service that you deserve. This was my first time visiting, but they will be my primary dentist from now on."
