"I have been a patient of Dr. Marshall's for about 3 years. I have always been so happy with him. He is an excellent dentist and doesn't try to do procedures you don't need. His hygienists are great as well. I have had both of my sons and my mom go to him as well as referred a friend, and everyone likes him and his office a lot. I am a wimp when it comes to drills, and he is so gentle and careful to keep me from getting anxious."

"I would say to try and explain things more clearly to patients so far as insurance and billing. Not many know terminology and that an (included cleaning) each year and x-rays are billed to your yearly allowance from insurance. I called when I was upset and was rude to Denise whom has been nothing but courteous to me. For that I sincerely apologize. They do good work there. Please just be more informative with slower individuals (such as myself.)"

"Summer Hogan's review is self serving and a conflict of interest to counter all the one star reviews for Craig Marshall. As she stated, SHE WORKS THERE! Let's keep the reviews just for the patients and customers Summer. My one star is based upon my poor experience with this man who chose to double book my appointment and have his hygienist work only half the time needed to do a complete periodontal cleaning. I would have been OK with rescheduling my appointment to get the job done right, but obviously it appears he placed income ahead of my care instead. "outside the norm" or not.. I would never go back to a health provider who would do that. Be it just one time or a hundred times. I told him it wasn't right to charge me for the incomplete work, yet he keeps sending the bill for it. He left a message on my cell phone to come back so they can complete the work (a message which I have saved).. but the TRUST was already broken! I sure wasn't going to go back to a staff I CAN'T TRUST! Guess if I don't pay it he will send collections.. So this review will stay in place unless he wants to return my money to me and my insurance. P.S. Summer you were my hygienist prior to the one that did the above sham job.. You were a good hygienist and I had no issue with you."
