Chipotle Mexican Grill

"My roommate went to pick up Chipotle, I got a text after 8pm stating the workers were very rude, I paid about $14 for a bowl, that is empty. I am very disappointed with this Chipotle, not the first time the workers were rude to the customers and gave less than what is required for a bowl. There has been decent bowls, but paying for a bowl that is empty on top of rude workers won’t have people coming back again to that specific Chipotle. I love Chipotle, but workers and bowls like that make me want to find a different spot to eat at. My roommate stated she was very uncomfortable the entire time while the workers were being rude, she felt like she could not speak up and request more of the food that they shorted out on, the bowls are not supposed to be filled halfway, nobody wants to pays $13 for a empty bowl and rude workers. Very disappointed with that certain Chipotle and the workers working that night. She did not want to write a review, but not writing a review and voicing the issues then the problems like this will continue to happen. Will not be going back to that Chipotle and giving them money again."

"Ordered in the mobile app. Said food would be ready at 5:10. Showed up at 5:11 food wasn't ready. Got my food at 5:15 so that wasn't bad. Got home the bowls weren't even half full. I even ordered double meat on mine. Then I took my first bite and the food was cold. My wife's bowl was the same way as well as my sons burrito. Worst Chipotle experience ever"

"I went for lunch with a friend and when I got to the register I realized I didn't have my wallet. All I had was a $20 bill and the total was close to $30. As I am scrambling to find my digital wallet on my phone, the manager took care of half the bill! The girl who rang me up could not have been any nicer about the situation. And the food was great as usual."

"confused how this is extra chicken? about 5 pieces in there. it’s not hard to give people what they’re paying extra for. happens about 90% of the time when we order. there are spoons for portions and somehow employees still can’t get it right. don’t understand it"

"Went to Chipotle last night around 5pm on a Sunday they could not do burritos machine was down that was fine ordered two bowls with chicken got double chicken .When I got home the chicken was burnt and I mean black all the way through nasty. Went back to store informed manager she said we can make you two more as she said that seen a worker taking chicken out of a pan cutting it looking at it black and laughing saying burnt ..With that I said your going to make me two more from the same burnt chicken no thanks give my money back .Trying to give me less then I payed walked out to car and got receipt got money back ,then ask are you going to pull that chicken,she didn't pull and kept serving it.If this is what you think about people eating in there you need to shut the doors .I will never go back and will post pictures of the chicken to let others now because what else are you hiding in food .Bad manager....."
