"Pretty much a walk up or drive through ice cream shop. They do sell food too, but we went for ice cream. Generous portions! Order small! From basic soft serve cones to elaborate mixes & toppings. Really good! Fairly priced."
"Hot ham and cheese was so salty that I couldn't eat it and was told they would not refund or get me something different. Ran mostly by kids, so it's not surprising customer service is lacking. The ice cream was great. That is the only reason I didn't rate a 1. It's not a great 1st impression."
"Quick and wonderful service. The food is just fast food but is good. The tenderloin here is really a highlight. I had made a mistake on my order and asked for it to be fixed at the window and the employees were quick and courteous in helping me do so. Will have to do some of the ice cream when it isn’t snowing outside."
"Great tasting ice cream, some of the best. I live 3 hours away and was visiting the area. This was a must-have must stop while in the area. So satisfying. I wish this was a larger chain in more locations. The menu offers plenty of choices to customize this tasty treat. Personally, it's best served plain. It's that yummy."
"Unfortunately this is about the 4th time I go and get my order wrong. Really nice teenage kids work there but zero care on peoples order. My Ice cream today had coconut, what I ordered was not suppose to have that. Good thing I am not allergic. Management needs to train their employees better."
