"Country fried steak was ok, but the gravy had an off taste. Unfortunately, the white heavy was on my mashed potatoes also. Corn was chewy. Chicken fingers were very good. Our server was very nice. Silverware was dirty."
"We are regulars they and are greeted with lots of smiles and hugs. The food is pretty good, we prefer the southern fried chicken. We are disappointed in the rewards program. My husband likes to pay at the table using the app to avoid the lines,but if we pay at the table we can't claim the rewards points and have to go to the register defeating the purposes of paying at the table."
"Cracker Barrel has always been one of my favorites. Everyone here was polite and service was quick. The food was good and was delivered in a timely manner. I would love to give it 5 stars, but I noticed one thing that bothered me, to shy away from over 4 stars. The glasses need some serious scrubbing. I'm sure they were ran through the wash, but they had a caked on "scum" on them. Wish I would have taken my phone for a pic, but not one to carry my phone into stores or places to eat. I didn't notice it at first, until I had a few sips of my soda. That's when I saw it & wondered if they were scuffed up, or dirty. No, I did not bring it to the waitresses attention, I already drank out of it at that point. Plus, unlike a lot of people these days, I'm not one to create a "scene" with other people within listening distance. I can just imagine the "panic" if everyone heard me. Otherwise great."
"I love this place. The problem I had ( which I would've given it 5 stars) The menu has completely changed! The Country Boy Breakfast now only comes with 2 sides & no longer 3! The steak is bites instead of a full piece & for the $13 price tag is pretty high for just bites! The food is still really good...just disappointed with the changes! Our waitress was really nice & definitely did a great job! Overall, it was a good experience."
"Had the catfish dinner with two sides. It tasted fine, just didn't seem as flavorful as I remembered. Always enjoy looking around the store after eating."
