"This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever experienced at a restaurant. The server never brought out our app..he came to the table to say the messed up my husband's meal and was remaking it. I asked about the app at that time..he then brought out the wrong app. He took it back. Our food came out and it was wrong! Not one time did he return and check on us. We had our drinks at the edge of the table because we wanted another one. I could not even finish our food. The server at the section next to us saw we had a problem. I told her we were just going to pay our check and leave. The manager THEN came out..she was very condescending when I explained the issue. We told her we didn't want anything. She returned with some $10 coupons that we gave to the guests at the front door when we left. It's really bad when the manager says she wasn't aware of the problem...but I heard our server tell her we were canceling the app because we did get it as she was at the expo! We will not return.."

"My wife and I visited this establishment for lunch over the holiday weekend. Amidst the staffing difficulty being experienced at the time our server took great care of us, the drinks were spot on and the food was good and filling. The restaurant itself was clean and had a friendly atmosphere. We both chose a signature salad after having a 3 combo appetizer and left a lot fuller in the belly than we expected to be. All in all it was a decent time."

"Food was hot and fresh. We had the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas ,onion petals ,bacon cheeseburger ,fries ,broccoli and warm skillet chocolate chip cookie with ice cream. I was expecting this place to be horrible due to past experiences but it was surprisingly good. Our waitress was ok key with food and drinks. Nice job chili’s!"
