"For six times in a row I've gone through the drive thru and yet again my order is messed up. I even said something about it when ordering tonight and seems they purposely messed up my order. I will not eat here again."
"I ordered a steak super burrito, I ordered it without black beans, which I hate. So I get back to my motel, and my burrito is more than half full of black beans. I ended up throwing the whole thing away. This is what these people are supposed to do for a living, yet they can't even leave black beans off of burrito, how pathetic. Will never waste my $ here again."
"The food was cold. Literally. The ole's were one ball of mush and it was very obvious that they were not fresh. When we got there, there was already one person complaining about how long their order took. The employees could not have been more disinterested and gave generic "well get to it as soon as we can." answers. The customer stormed out. The cashier was nice enough. But we had to repeat our order several times and we were still shorted an item. This was all at 5:45(ish), so definitely not a slow period. Probably won't stop back at this particular location."
"This place has went down hill big time, or they were having a very bad night. Our order was Missing half our food and what we did get was cold. I went back to ask about the rest of our food and they acted like it wasn't there problem."
