"I regularly get takeout from this location. The last three times I ordered and then did not bother to look at the order before I drove off. It has been wrong for three times in a row. Very frustrating. Did not get what I paid for and it's way too much trouble to drive back and complain."

"My husband placed a mobile order at 6:15 p.m today, Friday December 22nd. It was already paid for. We checked in for the mobile order at 6:20 p.m, and we didn't recieve our order until 7:30 p.m. When we asked about our order, the front counter staff had to put our order in again because it had gotten lost in the system. Many of the customers inside the lobby were neglected over the hour time period. The staff were too busy with the drive-thru orders to help any of the customers inside. When other customers asked for a refund, the supervisor on duty stated that they could not refund anyone's money. So, we didn't even attempt to ask. I understand that the holiday season is busy and wait time are to be expected. To prevent any future frustrations, maybe it would have been better to close the lobby instead of neglecting paying customers for over an hour."
