"I ordered 1 McRob meal with no onions or pickles, extra sauce, large drink and large fries. My order was rang up wrong. Manager fixed this problem. I got home and it has little to no sauce, onions and pickles. I called the store but no one answered. I love in St. Joseph, Missouri."

"My family and I enjoy McDonald's at least once a week, but I will NOT be going to this location again! If there is someone in HR or a manager at this location, PLEASE get these kids enrolled in a customer service program. You have someone taking orders who talks like they have marbles in their mouth whether over the headset or in person, you have individuals giving wrong orders to people and if you ask what is the order, the answer has been, "I don't know"...so other drivers and myself have had to exchange our orders with each other to get everything straightened out. And my last experience was the little girl bringing food out she had to stop and talk on the phone and then stop at a friends car (not in the line) and then went from car to car saying "here's your order" and each car/driver took the order and looked in the bag and handed it back. So my food went to 3 other people before it got back to me in car 4! When she could of simply asked, "did you order....dah, dah and dah." And it was somewhat warm...and the order was still wrong! So until there are some positive improvements with this location and training for these young adults in proper customer service and food handling, I will not go back to this location."

"Over 15 minute waiting in the drive thru. Staff brought the wrong food out( all we had was a medium fry, cheeseburger and 10 ct nuggets) two times then waited another 5 minutes before walking in to get my fries and Buffalo sauce. My wife used the rest room and saw two employees vaping inside the bathroom. Terrible service, no one was friendly and the long waits make sub par food not worth it. Absolute joke of a franchise with lazy employees. Needs new management. Total wait time once my wife went inside to finally get our fries. 24 minutes."
