We found one with Rob and he made an extra effort to have it ready for the weekend even though he was busy with other projects. What really defined Rob’s character was the fact that he came out to Fremont Ne all the way from Nebraska City on July 3rd, the same day we bought the cart, because we had an issue with the converter for the battery. Rob drove 80 miles over the holiday just to make sure we were happy and he fixed the problem and we were up and running, that is outstanding service and that is rarely found these days."
